BDA LDC GDC HELP?
I was on the LDC for 25 years. I produced the Avon LDC website.

I asked the GDC for details on dentists in Avon, as like many LDC's we didn't have over a third of registered dentists. We also asked the Area Team. Both declined due to GDPR.
The link is from MY DENTAL HISTORY and is my trip to the GDC. If you were remotely cynical it may have been they didn't want dentists to collaborate, and help one another. We are a diverse group, and as we know they were happier dealing with cor[orates, often as they aren't run by dentists. I have repeatedly asked the BDA and HEE if I could present a discussion on prevention, and HEE if IT could be a core subject. Face to face meeting are better than online. But if they are extremely expensive or on subject matter that doesn't engage you. Who is at fault? why not DIY. |

I made this following a visit to the new dental school in Bristol. The reason for no scanners in the school is a minute into the video. In my view, it will change when a dental school gets sued by a graduate saying they never had enough training. A bit like when many of us ran our practices. You can do a 3 year masters in business studies. Few doctors have had more than an hours education on the mouth.
