The sections here are a copy of the sections in the teeth4life App. The idea behind the App is to support you and the public in improving and maintaining their oral hygiene with an eHealth product. It provides video advice with a reminder section, and gamification to try and improve habits. The feedback I had was the public don't like looking in peoples mouths, and as it has become easier to make these animations I have decided to use this format. They are not perfect, or even polished, but they are authentic made by a retired dentist, who has seen a lot of decay, taken out a lot of teeth, and wants to try and promote public prevention using technology not available when I qualified in 1982.

DIY- use your own links or customise your videos
If you don't want to use the App, the videos can be accessed from the drop down menus in the different Prevention sections. Select the one you want. Either email the link directly to your patient, or alternatively, download the video and modify it yourself following the advice below.
The video above is how to customise your own videos, or even make your own. It's all Mac based, and uses iMovie. It shows how you can remove the audio, and lengthen and shorten the current content, or add your own.
Below are the instructions on an iPhone. It assumes you know how to locate, and crop your photos, as this applies for your videos.

The video below has no sound, and you can add your voice over it. To remove the sound from any video, I use iMovie, and can manipulate the videos further. To add an intro and exit to a reel, I found out today. I attached the video I looked at today. https://youtu.be/IIG_QwObixU?si=2nL1SA8G56PWBBww
